Sheyn from The Crashing Dad YouTube channel has been quite the example for those of you wanting to make progression in your riding. Just two years ago Sheyn was a road biker/triathlete and somehow decided to take the leap into mountain biking. By watching some of his latest videos you wouldn’t think he’s only been doing this for two years. Between a full time job, a wife, and two young children he finds the time to run a popular YouTube channel. His story is interesting and for those of you that follow his channel this will be fun to learn more about the man behind the curtain.
