On my road trip back to Sacramento from Phoenix I had the opportunity to stop by World Wide Cyclery to take a tour of their Headquarters and Distribution Center. Michael from their Marketing Department was super knowledgeable and a really cool guy to chat with. Everyone that I spoke to had passion and the shop had a great vibe to it. What they are doing is different. It's a hybrid of the typical brick and mortar shop as well as an online retailer. Hopefully you all enjoy meeting World Wide Cyclery as much as I did. I'm just a guy in Northern California that loves riding bikes. Most of my time is spent on a mountain bike. I also own a single speed for around town and commuting. Last but not least I own a cross bike. I couldn't bring myself to buy a road bike. That was my compromise to be able to ride with the lady.
