I could only look at the Saints in the box for so long until I finally worked up the motivation to put them on the bike. This ride is a great example of how well I plan. A few weeks before I rode the Hoot trail and had a blast. It was a muddy ride and I was itching to get back up there and do it again in nicer weather. I knew it wasn't buried under snow yet so we took off. It's a fairly long drive to get up there and it was on the way we noticed the thermometer on the truck just diving. By the time we got there it was snowing. Even though we were not dressed for the ride we dug through our bags and made due with some stuff we had.
