Last year when I met Tess and Steve from Dusty Betty I didn't know that I was going to have the best ride of the year with them. The man who invented the Pedaling Innovations pedals is a regular mountain biker like the rest of us.  Yes he has worked as a trainer for many professional athletes including the new well known Aaron Gwin.  Yes he's been in the bike industry for quite some time.  But it was just a simple question boggling his mind on the trail during a ride that spawned this company.  He was thinking to himself why he needed stiff shoes and a clipless system for good pedaling efficiency but didn't need shoes in the gym. Sheyn from The Crashing Dad YouTube channel has been quite the example for those of you wanting to make progression in your riding. Just two years ago Sheyn was a road biker/triathlete and somehow decided to take the leap into mountain biking. By watching some of his latest videos you wouldn't think he's only been doing this for two years. Between a full time job, a wife, and two young children he finds the time to run a popular YouTube channel.
